How will Danglzs ship the items I order?
Our standard method for shipping items to USA destinations including APO/FPO military addresses is USPS (US Postal Service) ground. We do offer a more expedited method via USPS or UPS, at a higher shipping cost. At time of checkout, you can select your preferred method, based on the cost and your need to receive the shipment in time for your needs.
For international destinations, we offer UPS air service. Again, those rates are calculated during the checkout process so you can see exactly what your cost will be, before finalizing the purchase. Please note that we do not collect any international taxes, tariffs, or import duties at the time of purchase. Any such fees assessed by the final destination country will be payable by the recipient at time of delivery.Read more
What will the shipping cost be?
One of our goals is to keep the overall purchase cost as low as possible for you. So, rather than offering an inflated flat-rate shipping charge that ensures we more than cover our cost, we calculate the actual cost of shipping the items you ordered from our facility in Orlando, Florida to the shipping address you provided. No fudge and no excess charges.
Shipping costs are calculated at time of checkout, so you will be able to see what that cost will be before finalizing the order.

Can I expedite my order?
Our turn-around time to make your charm is only one (1) business day, so we do not really have a way of expediting that process faster than that!
However, you can select an expedite shipping method of 2-day or 1-day delivery (provided the carrier you selected offers that service for your ship-to address). Shipping method and cost are calculated at time of checkout, so you will be able to see if that service is available and what that cost will be, before finalizing the order.Read more
Can I check the status of an order?
Yes, you can check the status of an order using the Order Number that was provided at the time you placed your order. If you have an account on our website, you can easily check current and past orders by logging in and going to the “My Account” page. There you can see all sorts of information about any order you have placed with us including the tracking numbers supplied by the shipping company.
Also, when we make the shipment, we will include your e-mail address in the shipper documentation which will allow them to provide the tracking number directly to you. This will give you the latest status of the shipment as soon as it is available from the carrier.Read more
Can I upload photos directly from my mobile phone?
Not yet, but very soon! We are working on an app that will allow you to upload images directly from your mobile device to our website for creating your personalized charm. What are the steps involved with personalizing my charm?
There are 5 simple steps to personalize a Danglzs charm.
- Select a charm with the theme that you think will be most appealing for you or the person you are giving the gift to.
- Upload your photo on the Side A Photo view. Once you begin the Personalizing process, the website will guide you at each step, beginning with uploading a photo from your computer.
- Adjust the image to fit the charm you selected. Here you can even select a different shape if you find your photo does not properly fit the one you originally chose. Adjusting the photo to fit the charm shape is very easy and usually takes only a minute or so.
- Select the Side B view and enter the personal information for the theme you selected. No need to worry about colors, fonts, text size, etc. It is all built into the theme and as you type the information you will see it appear in the correct position using the font and color shown in the example.
- Save your work and proceed to either personalize another charm or proceed to the checkout page.
If I don't have all the information needed, can I save what I've done and come back later to complete the personalizing?
Yes, our system is designed for just that sort of situation. You will need to create an account on our website in order to come back later to pick up where you left off. It's quick, easy, and secure.
There are many benefits to creating a Danglzs account including the ability to upload and save up to 20 photos for future use.

I have more than one photo that I am interested in using for my charm. Can I upload more than one to see which one I like best?
Yes, absolutely! You can upload multiple images and with a click of the mouse change them instantly. And once you upload them, they will remain on the page for you to select among them all, so you do not have to keep uploading different images each time.Read more
How do I upload photos from my computer?
On the Personalization page Side A, we provide an easy, quick way to upload photos. You click on the "Browse Images" button, navigate to where your photo is saved on your computer, select the photo or multiple photos you want to upload, and then click on the "Open" button at the bottom right corner of the popup. The images will then be available to select from the Photo Bar, just below the "Browse" button.Read more
How do I contact Danglzs?
You can send us an e-mail or text message. For some subjects, it is best to do this so there is a documented notation of what you are writing about.
You can also use our Chat service, which can be a good choice when you have questions about how something works and you want to have written instructions to follow.
Finally, you can always call us on the phone. We will do our best to have a live person available to talk with you when you call, but based on the time of day and the volume of calls, that may not be possible. We are a small company and we have a limited number of people available to handle personal calls, so we do ask for your patience.Read more
Can I put a photo on both sides of the Danglzs charm?
Currently, we do not offer that type of personalization. However, we are looking to add that in the near future, but we do not have a firm date at this time.Read more

What about the sterling silver, can I clean and polish that part of the Danglzs charm?
Yes you can. We suggest you use one of the commercially available cloths that are pretreated with silver polish. We have found those to be the easiest to use and provide the best shine possible. If you use silver polish, make sure it does not have any abrasives in it. We have tested various silver polish products with excellent results. So far, we have not found one that did not work with our charms and other products.Read more
How do I clean my Danglzs charm?
Our charms are made with a super hard, high-gloss finish. To clean the surface of the charms, use warm water and a soft cloth. You can use a mild soap, but usually that is not necessary. After a gentle cleaning, simply dry with a soft cloth.Read more
Do Danglzs charms fit Pandora bracelets?
Yes they do! When you specify your charm to have a bracelet bale, you can be assured it will fit Pandora and other popular bracelets.Read more
